2. What is a secret bid value?
Secret Bid value is the arbitrary selling price set by the system. This could be anywhere in between 15% to 35% of the market price of the product.

No, unless until specified on the bid room all products sold at Ugainonline are genuine branded products and are not factory seconds or irregulars.

No, a lottery operates on pure chance. In a secret bid auction, the participant can affect the course of events and thereby also the result.

The reason why the buyers with higher transaction points given preference is to incorporate a properly working loyalty program. The buyers and long term members who regularly buy from Ugainonline are given a first chance.

11. At what price is the product sold to the winner?
Immaterial of the bidding amount, the products are always sold to the winning bidder at the secret bid value only this would however be less than the bidding value.
12. Can I buy transaction points from Ugain?
No, transition points cannot be bought and is allocated based on the number of bid transactions participated by the bidder.
13. How is transaction points allocated to the bidder?
Each bidder is allocated 10 transaction points every bid participation.
14. Are the transaction points allocated to the bidder reduced at any time?
The transition points allocated are reduced by 30 points if you are the winning bidder. This is done to give a winning opportunity to all our members.

16. Do I need to register with Ugain to participate in the bid?
Yes you need to register and open an account with Ugain. Registration at ugainonline is absolutely free.
17. What information can be viewed on accessing my account with Ugain?
Information such as your past history of bids and the transaction points on Hand can be viewed on accessing your account.
18. How can I register to play Ugain online?
In order to participate in Ugainonline you need to register with Ugainonline. Go to our registration section and provide all the information marked mandatory. Once you will finish the registration you will get a confirmation e-mail along with the password on the e-mail address provided by you. Using the password provided Sign-in at ugainonline and just follow the simple instruction.
19. What are the information that are required to be eligible to register to play Ugain online?
You will need to provide a valid Credit card (operation), operating mobile number and an email address.
20. Is there an age limit to register in Ugain?
Yes, you need to be above the age of 18 to be eligible to register in Ugain.
21. How can I know about how to play?
To bid for the product after registering with Ugain. You can enter any Auction rooms using your user name and password provided and proceed and Bid for the product. You will need to hold the necessary membership pass prior to bidding.
Each bidder is allowed to place 3 bids once entering a Auction room to increase the chances to win.

24. Will I get any online notice about the status of my bids?
Yes, you will get the information about the status of your bid through email at your mentioned email ID
25. Is it Ugain country or geographic region specific?
No, unless stated in the bid room, all bids are open and are not restricted to a specific geographic region.
26. How you will notify me about the winning & how will I receive the product?
After the auction has ended, we will send a mail with in 3 days to your email id provided in your member profile about your winning. When you will confirm your address and contact details by return email and claim the winning product, within 90 working days from the date of end of auction, the product will be delivered. In rare cases there may be delays and in these cases Ugain notifies the customer of the delay and explain the circumstances. All items are delivered by courier, to the address specified in the winner’s Ugain account or the mention address in the documents he produced during identity verifications.
In the event where in your area is supported by one of Ugainonline's certified merchants and the product won is in stock with the certified merchant we will directly instruct our certified merchant to deliver the product you. You will be provided the details of the certified merchant and you will need to collect the products in person form our certified merchants outlet.
27. Are there any documents that need to be produced upon delivery of the product won?
Prior to the delivery of the product the agent from our logistics / associated courier agency / certified merchants will request you for a copy of identity proof along with the original for verification.
28. Can I personally collect my winning product?
Yes, you can personally collect your winning product from any of the Ugainonline's certified merchant depending on the availability of stock and such merchant in your area.
Intent to collect the winning product personally should be intimated by for of a confirmatory mail. On receipt of the confirmatory mail, the requested certified merchant outlet shall contact you or you may contact intern and arrange for collection of the winning product.
29. Is the secret Bid value inclusive of the transportation and delivery charges?
If the products are collected from our certified merchant outlet transportation and delivery charges shall not be applicable.
30. What if the secret Bid value and transport, delivery charges put to gether is higher than the Market price of the product?
In extreme cases, If the secret bid value & the delivery charges put together is higher than the market price of the product, you are free to decline product delivery and in such cases ugainonline provides a gift certificate encashable at your country of residence. The maximum value of such gift certificates will be for the market value specified in the bid room enabling you to buy the product in the open market.

The secret bid value is directly debited from the membership held by you on conformation of procurement by email. If the membership you have is insufficient you shall be intimated by email requesting you to upgrade your membership enabling for the completion of transition.
33. Do I need to claim the winning product?
With in 7 days from the date of winning notification sent to you by email, you will need to claim the winning product after signing in to your account. In the event where in the winning product is not claimed by the winning bidder, within the stipulated period of 7 days, the product shall be places for open sale at the sale room.
34. Can I decline from claming the winning product?
Yes, you are free to decline and abstain from procuring the product won by you. Once declined, the product are put for open sale in the sale room for any registered member to buy them.
35. At what price are the product sold in the open sale room?
Immaterial of the bid or an open sale room the products are always sold at the secret bid value only.
36. Why are two clocks displayed in the Bid room, what is the difference ?
The two clocks indicated in the bid room are one ascending and the second descending, The ascending clock indicated how long the bid room has been open and the descending clocks indicates the time left for the bid room to close. The descending clock is activated based on the amount of traffic to the room, higher the traffic faster the descending clock is activated.
37. Can I bid for products and request them to be delivered or gifted to my friends?
